From zero to one, including design, building and optimize the website by my own.

From keyword research, website page design, related material arrangement, and building the website based on seo requirements. After a series of optimizations, by the end of 2022, there will be about 50 organic traffic visitors per day. And with the support of Google ADS, the website can bring almost 130 business inquiries for a single month.

Also, I had built the Spanish site and Serbia site to get the local traffic.

I got a contra to build and run Google ADs for a B2B company.

It is a test project for my customer, trying to use a website to get business inquiries. So he wants to get a website to show their company and product, the website needs to follow SEO requests and take a limited budget for Google AD to get the leads.

After getting the necessary information for the website, I started the keyword research and website design, then made the content and built the website.

Result: Finish website building in 2022/12, and got 35 leads based on ￥4000 Google AD budget.

Joined the company in 2021/3 as a website director, working for the website rebuild and digital marketing optimization.

The website was built by someone else before, it didn’t follow the SEO rules. So I rebuilt the website, including the structure, content, and UI, and finished building part in the end of May. For some reason, I applied for GMC in 2021/10, got approved in November, so didn’t got lots of online orders for the website channel before I left.

At the base of a limited SEO budget and high competition of the lighting industry, lots of keywords be ranked at 20-100, 240+ organic traffic users every month. The SEO result is going well but I think that is not enough at that time.

This is a part-time job, work for the SEO part by myself. The website is new and didn’t follow the SEO request, no any traffic. In the end, every day’s organic traffic impressions rise to 1000 plus from 0, and organic traffic users rise to 40 from 0.

This is my second job and first ZERO TO ONE website project during my career. Sir the early stage, I work for the Alibaba part to get business inquiries in this company. As the time goes on, I found that our product’s customer group is not big in Alibaba platform and more and more high competition of business. So I recommend my boss not just depend on Alibaba platform. Then he allow me to make a website to get more opportunities.

Before this, I don’t know anything about front-end language, but because I work for the digital marketing for a period of time and keep learning related things, I know something about how to build a website. So I keep learning SEO, HTML and CSS and use them in my work project.

After hard work for keywords research, website design and making, SEO and SEM, 150-300 organic traffic users every day. With the support of SEO and SEM traffic, each month can get 60+ business inquiries.
